Team Leader Parks Asset Management

The Parks Asset Management Team plays a pivotal role in collecting, managing and providing information critical to the successful delivery of parks to the people of our garden city. The team is responsible for using this information to support the delivery of parks maintenance programmes, planning capital renewal programmes as well as using this information to identify and critically analyse future asset investment opportunities.
The Team Leader Parks Asset Management provides leadership and day to day management of this team. As a dedicated and professional leader, you will motivate and inspire a culture of customer-focused thinking and operating within the team and the wider unit.
We are looking for a big picture thinker - someone who has the strategic vision to identify opportunities and the energy to drive these through to completion, all while balancing the needs of the community.
You will promote a culture of continuous improvement; influencing change and encouraging your team to identify and develop ways to do things better.

Additional Recruitment Information:
Hours: Full-time, permanent position
Salary: The salary range for this role is approximately $79,709 - $116,209, depending on the agreement and successful candidates skills and experience
Location: This position is primarily based at Christchurch City Council Civic Offices, 53 Hereford St
