Members are interested how everyone is getting on with these during a time of lockdown, in terms of working toward hearings, receiving submissions and acting on statutory timeframes, delegations and process. While a national emergency has suspended regular business many people are happy to keep going with their work in this respect, including community participation (At least everyone is home when you contact them!). How is your agency progressing this work?
